Diamond Bar Lazy A Quarter Horses LLC is located in the beautiful valley of Helena Montana. Laura’s dream and retirement project is raising quality Quarter Horses. Our plan is to breed quality mares to quality stallions, featuring some of the best bloodlines in the reining, working cowhorse and cutting worlds today.

Our mares carry the bloodlines of Smart Chic OLena, Peppy San Badger, Mr Gunsmoke, Bueno Chex, All Reddy Smart, Hollywood Gold, Two Eyed Jack, Dry Doc, Doc’s Lynx, Strawflyin Buds, and Go Man Go.

The Rest of the Story...as told by Laura

We decided that if we were going to truly breed and raise Quarter Horses that we needed to have a brand. So one day, Al went to the Montana Department of Livestock Brand Office to purchase a brand. He looked through many books before he found one that he liked and purchased it.

When he arrived home, really proud of himself, and showed me the brand --- I was really confused and asked him why Diamond Bar Lazy A and how did that fit us?

He quickly explained that I am the diamond and he is the lazy A.
